Homemade Pizza

Oh my gosh…I think this may have been the easiest recipe I have ever made. Pretty much zero effort with the most delicious turnout. I can’t believe how easy this was…we made the crust in under 10 minutes…built the pizza and plopped it in the oven. It’s fast…It’s easy…It’s oh so good!

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 T baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup room temperature butter
1 cup milk

…Once again all of these ingredients come from Aldi…

Directions:

-Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
-Put all of the ingredients into your stand mixer with the hook attachment.
-Turn it on low and let it mix until it is all combined and forms a soft ball.
-Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface
-Divide into 2 balls
-Roll the dough into the shape you desire…round or square???
-Place dough on a parchment lined baking pan, one on each
-Time to build your pizza
-When it is to your liking just put it in the oven for 10-12 minutes…and there you have it…homemade delicious pizza!
